The Government of Canada has committed to providing direct one-time transitional financial support for individuals fleeing Ukraine and arriving under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET). Payments will be made through Service Canada, with information provided by the applicants and IRCC.

Applying for yourself and/or immediate family
Before you apply, please ensure that you have in hand:
- your account information from a Canadian financial institution
- a copy of the IMM1442 document for yourself and any dependant(s) or minor(s) that you are applying for
Guardians
If you are an ineligible guardian applying on behalf minors, you will need all of the following:
- your banking information
- a proof of guardianship
- the IMM1442 for the eligible recipient
