The Employment Insurance Benefits Estimator is part of broader modernization efforts that Service Canada and the Department of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) are making to increase awareness about benefits and eligibility.

We need feedback from users like you to improve our products and services. We’ll ask you to use the Employment Insurance Benefits Estimator then answer up to 8 questions about your experience.

What we will collect

The collection and use of this information is authorized and under the authority of ESDC, in accordance with Section 39 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act for program analysis, research and evaluation purposes.

Your feedback may be used to make recommendations for improvements to the Employment Insurance Benefits Estimator.

We won’t use this information to make any decisions about your use of or access or entitlement to any Government of Canada services.
