Completing the employer and employee declaration

In accordance with section 10 of the Articles of Agreement, you must complete the Employer and Employee Declaration online within seven days of the beginning of the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) funded employment. Service Canada requires the Employer and Employee Declaration to validate the eligibility of each employee you have recruited.

Before you complete your Employer and Employee Declaration, you must print the Employee Consent Form.

The Employee Consent Form must be completed and signed by each employee who will be participating in the project. The consent form must be kept on file for audit purposes.
